We offer classes at many convenient locations around the Seattle Metropolitan area, with class times varying by location. Be sure to come prepared for a workout! Each course is taught by one of our expert Instructors or Masters, and is designed to teach each of the core curriculum areas (self-defense techniques, kicking, striking, rolling, falling, forms, weapons, and other practical survival techniques).
